Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately through email support@retrotunes.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception to identify any damages or issues promptly.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases before completing the order.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

There are certain items that cannot be returned due to their nature. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products that are specially ordered or personalized, and personal care goods like beauty products. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about the returnability of a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Refunds

We reserve the right to reject a refund request under certain circumstances. However, a product may qualify for a refund if it meets one of the following criteria:

  • The product did not arrive at the correct address when delivered
  • The product is faulty or defective
  • There is a current recall in place for the product
  • The product was damaged before reaching the customer
